If you press OK in the lobby and get a popup asking you to "Open Medal", follow these steps:

Close the game completely Make sure COD is fully closed.
Close Medal from Task Manager
Right-click on the taskbar.
Select Task Manager.
Find Medal in the list and close it completely.
Run Medal as Administrator After closing it, relaunch Medal by right-clicking and selecting Run as Administrator.
Enable Overlay in Medal
Open Medal Settings.
Go to the Overlay option.
Make sure it is switched ON.
Run the loader Launch the loader again and continue the rest of the steps. The issue should now be resolved.
❗ If the problem still persists
Download Revo Uninstaller.
Install and launch it.
Search for the Medal application inside Revo.
Uninstall it completely, making sure to delete all leftover files and registry entries.
Reinstall Medal from the official website.
Launch the loader again — the issue should now be fully fixed.
