Issue: "The program can't start" Error
This issue appears with an error message similar to the one shown below:
How to Fix:
Ensure WinRAR is Installed
If you don’t have WinRAR, download and install it from here.
Disable Windows Defender & Any Antivirus Software
Before proceeding, make sure all antivirus programs and Windows Defender are completely disabled.
Extract the Fix File
Download the required fix file: Download Fix File.
Right-click on the file and select Extract Here.
Password for extraction: 123.
Run DirectX Repair Tool
Inside the extracted folder, find the file named DirectX Repair.exe.
Run it as Administrator by right-clicking and selecting Run as administrator.
Start the Repair Process
A window will appear like the one below:
Click the Start Repair button (highlighted in the image).
Wait for the Process to Finish
The tool will begin downloading and fixing missing DirectX files.
Once finished, click Exit to close the application.
Restart the Loader
Now, relaunch the LDV2 Loader and follow the setup instructions.
Your issue should now be fully resolved! ✅
